OMTECH-AMKO Oil & Gas Services Ghana Limited (OMTech) is fully committed to maintaining a
safe and drug-free workplace for all employees and contractors. As such, we strictly prohibit the
use or consumption of alcoholic beverages and drugs, except for prescribed medications, at any
of our company facilities or worksites.
We emphasize that compliance with this policy is mandatory for all personnel, and failure to
adhere to these guidelines will result in immediate removal from the facility or worksite.
Additionally, such non-compliance may lead to termination of employment or contract, as we
prioritize the safety and well-being of our workforce.
To ensure adherence to this policy, we may conduct random testing for alcohol and drug usage
and/or abuse among personnel without prior notice. Any individual who refuses to undergo such
testing will be promptly removed from the facility or worksite, and their employment or contract
will be terminated. If an employee tests positive for the use and/or abuse of alcohol or drugs,
every employee within their workgroup may be subject to testing to maintain a safe working
environment.
We operate under a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to issues related to alcohol and/or drug
abuse by our employees. We firmly believe in maintaining a productive and safe workplace that
